What do you look for in recruits?

Technical ability is a piece of the puzzle but it goes further than that in our future LLamas. We’re looking for talent that is driven for personal and professional success, eager to learn new and exciting things, and willingness to collaborate to help with the success of our organization.

Why would someone want to work at LLamasoft?

This is such a hard question and I get asked this all the time. The reason it’s a hard question is because there are a million reasons why someone should come to LLamasoft. One of the many reasons is we (LLamasoft) care about professional development, each LLama has a professional development plan to help them grow throughout their career. Collaboration is highly important here. Our LLamas are trusted advisors so their opinions matter on big projects. The passion from all the LLamas around you is contagious, we all truly believe in our product and each other. I can go on and on but these are a couple of the reasons why talent should come here.
