LLamasoft Leadership to Present at the Third International Forum of Logistics in Peru
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (November 4, 2014) – LLamasoft, the global leader in supply chain design software solutions, announced that President and CEO Don Hicks and Senior Vice President of International Sales Alejandro Nieto will present at the Third International Forum of Logistics in Lima, Peru.
Nieto will present “Found Money—How Modeling Technology Can Uncover Hidden Cost Savings in Your Supply Chain” from 10:15-11:35 a.m. on Tuesday, November 11. Nieto will highlight key supply chain modelingtechnology, as well as cover real-life use-cases to describe how these techniques have been applied by industry leaders to “find hidden money” in their supply chain.
Hicks will present “Leveraging Supply Chain Design to Support an Omni-Channel Strategy” from 8-9 p.m. followed by a panel discussion from 9-9:30 p.m. on Wednesday November 12. Hicks will highlight ways modeling can be used to evaluate the numerous changes in an organization’s supply chain that are required for an omni-channel strategy, as well as understand cost, service and margin. Attendees will learn how design helps retailers to best leverage all available distribution assets to fulfill orders across channels, including real-life customer case examples.
