LLamasoft to Host Fifth Annual SummerCon Conference in Park City, Utah
World’s only conference dedicated to supply chain design expected to draw more than 500 attendees
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (November 19, 2014) LLamasoft, the global leader in supply chain design software solutions, announced it will host the fifth annual SummerCon supply chain design conference June 22-26, 2015 in Park City, Utah. The five-day event offers two days of training courses for LLamasoft users followed by three days of customer-led sessions, best-practice discussions and technology demonstrations. SummerCon is the world’s only conference focused solely on supply chain design. This year’s theme is “Destination Design”.
After shattering attendance records during the 2014 conference, LLamasoft is taking SummerCon to Park City, where the original code was written for its flagship product, Supply Chain Guru. The event will be held at the Canyons Resort and feature an impressive lineup of customer case studies from Fortune 500 companies representing a variety of industries.
The conference will also offer five keynote speakers including LLamasoft Co-founder and CEO Don Hicks, aerospace engineer Burt Rutan, explorer Ranulph Fiennes, science historian James Burke and international supermodel and philanthropist Petra Nemcova. This year will debut the Supply Chain Design Expo Hall, featuring complimentary products and solutions and the perennial favorite, Solutions Lab, where attendees can see the newest LLamasoft products and functionality.
