LLamasoft EVP Toby Brzoznowski will also present at the conference. The conference is one of the largest for supply chain professionals in Latin America, attracting leaders from multiple industries throughout the region.
From 5:30-6:15 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6 in the Carlos Fuentes Auditorium, Brzoznowski will present, “Four Supply Chain Design Practices to Adopt for Continuous Supply Chain Improvement and Innovation”. In this session Brzoznowski will share insights on how global companies are implementing supply chain design as an ongoing process, leading to significant improvements in cost, service, risk and sustainability.
“In the last few years there has been a major increase in the use of supply chain modeling and analytics,” said Brzoznowski. “Companies that are breaking away from the pack have invested to make supply chain design a core business process, and as a result are more able to adapt to changing market conditions and unexpected challenges.”
