LLamasoft Announces Webcast Series Demonstrating Value of Supply Chain Design
Focus on implementing smarter business processes and SaaS-based modeling
ANN ARBOR, Mich. (January 20, 2015). LLamasoft, the global leader in supply chain design solutions, announced two webcasts for the first quarter of 2015 to provide insight into the technology and organizational best practices used by global companies to create Supply Chain Design Centers of Excellence.
The first, “Elevating Supply Chain Design from a Project to a Differentiating Business Process” will be hosted by Senior Vice President of Customer Success, John Ames at 11 a.m. ET on Tuesday, January 20. Ames will walk through best-practices and key tips for developing a supply chain design organization that can drive sustainable business value.
“We’ve found that while supply chain design projects can provide customers value in the short-term, by implementing a repeatable process, organizations are benefitting from more sustainable, and subsequently valuable, results,” said Ames.
LLamasoft Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, Toby Brzoznowski will host the second, “Agility and Collaboration: Supply Chain Design in the Cloud” at 11:00 a.m. ET on Tuesday, February 24. LLamasoft launched a SaaS-based technology platform in December 2014. In this webcast Brzoznowski will discuss how thought-leading companies are leveraging the cloud to enable collaboration, scalability, and knowledge management — leading to better predictive & prescriptive analytics.
“SaaS-based technology is expanding the influence and impact of supply chain design,” said Brzoznowski. “Modeling in the cloud enables organizations to more rapidly execute large, impactful projects, run more what-if scenarios in a fraction of the time, and then share those models across the organization to enable continuous supply chain improvement and innovation.”
LLamasoft has pioneered the technology and adoption of supply chain design, with numerous Fortune 500 companies utilizing the platform to better manage their businesses.Media Contact
