LLamasoft Workshop Objectives

Participants will learn hands-on modeling approaches to analyze and optimize local and global supply chain networks in order to achieve strategic sustainability and GHG emission reduction goals. Participants will use Supply Chain Guru as a powerful tool for achieving 3 main types of analysis:

Carbon Footprint modeling
GHG Reduction Efforts
Carbon Trading, Costs, and Offset modeling
Course is comprised of 50% lecture and 50% hands-on exercises.
Day One
Day Two
Day 1, 0900 – 1030 Hours Day 2, 0900 – 1200 Hours

Module 1: Overview and introduction to strategic supply chain network modeling approaches for green applications

Participants will use Supply Chain Guru to analyze a basic supply chain network. The Llamasoft four step methodology for network design and analysis will be reviewed.
