Release of Supply Chain Guru 3.0

Guru 3.0. The software was officially made available to LLamasoft
customers on July 7, 2006.
Supply Chain Guru is an advanced software application
that allows the user to optimize and simulate the entire supply
chain. The software reduces the time spent building models by
allowing the user to import the existing supply chain data. The
optimization and simulation output allows the user to easily analyze
“what if” situations and see how customer service
rates, profit, and warehousing costs are affected.
A major change in the Supply Chain Guru 3.0 release
is a new network optimization module.
In addition to many new features, the optimization solver has
switched from ILOG’s CPLEX to Dash Optimization’s
Xpress-MP.
