Dr. Gregory J. Grindey is currently a Senior Solutions Manager and the Director of Military Solutions for LLamasoft, Inc. working with both commercial and military clients to provide solutions to their supply chain problems. Dr. Grindey had worked for the previous 5 years as a senior analyst for the United States Transportation Command at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, first under the Strategy, Policy, Programs, and Logistics directorate (J5/4), and most recently with the Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC), USTRANSCOM's analytical Center of Excellence.
Recent work has included an analysis of the United States Central Command’s theater airlift system and participation in the Mobility Capability and Requirements Study (MCRS), the primary mobility study for the Department of Defense. He also recently led a JDPAC team on the Joint Shipment Manager (JSM) project, an analysis of the joint military transportation needs on the island of Oahu, the results of which are currently being implemented by the United States Pacific Command.

David Gvozdic is currently a Solutions Manager for LLamasoft, Inc. working with both commercial and military clients to provide solutions to their supply chain problems. Recent project work has included an analysis of CONUS ammunition distribution and the United States Central Command’s theater airlift system.
Mr. Gvozdic is also responsible for coordinating and administering training on Supply Chain Guru’s optimization and simulation technologies. Commercially, he has worked with and implemented changes for ConocoPhillips, Expeditors International, and General Mills. |
Paul Potter serves our military and commercial clients as a Supply Chain Applications and Business Development Manager. Mr. Potter experience ranges from healthcare, pharmaceuticals, high-tech, electronics to national defense, Mr. Potter's most recent work has been as a senior analyst for the United States Transportation Command at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, under the Joint Distribution Process Analysis Center (JDPAC), USTRANSCOM's analytical Center of Excellence.
His specialties include developing solutions to complex supply chain problems, high value and high volume inventory optimization, supplier partnering and performance management, manufacturing/operations, engineering, process improvement and total cost of ownership analysis.
Paul Potter is a graduate of the United States Military Academy, West Point, and served in active duty assignments across the US and in Germany.
